This initial survey establishes the legal foundation of the project. Core Action Group’s surveyors locate and verify all property boundaries based on recorded plats, deeds, and existing monuments.

During this visit, surveyors confirm:

  • Exact property lines
  • Corners and boundary markers
  • Recorded easements and right-of-ways
  • Any encroachments or boundary conflicts

 

This step ensures the project begins with a clear understanding of ownership and legal limits, helping prevent disputes, permitting issues, or costly corrections later in construction.
